Dude from what ive seen year1 weapons will still be viable in a lot of TTK content. Also they may have new elemental primaries too.

Yeah it's seems they will have uses. I just want the adept ones to get at least one upgrade or dlc slot to compete. Messenger is so cool looks wise and power wise.
