Well there's nothing you can do man. Bans are permanent. Maybe you were going idle in Crucible or lag-switching. Either way, the only way to get around this is to buy a new console and start over.

You'll need to buy a new console and start a new account if you want to play Destiny again. Sorry dude. You must have done something, as they don't just ban randomly.

If you ever played on a modded console, even at a friend's house, then that's why you were banned. My account was banned for playing on a modded console.

My ISP provider takes mod stuff and lag switching just as serious. They will have you charged into oblivion.
