Lisa Brown, ignore everyone who says your dress code is unprofessional
I work for a software company myself and the first thing everyone does when they get in is take their shoes off. People walk around in whatever they want to wear and noone judges them. I've never seen my CEO in anything other than Tshirt and Jeans.
People can have their own opinion on this for sure, but noone has the right to tell her that she is unprofessional because of this.

31 RepliesDon’t care how she dresses, she came off lazy and unprofessional. She even said she was making a “lazy” warlock. That’s how she wants to dress at work...fine. When you’re representing your company in a live stream.....kinda different. If that was a dude, dressed like that with his feet on the table, he would be blasted for it. Honestly tho, at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter. Bigger problems in the world than that.

Wearing -blam!-ing pajamas or dressing/looking like a slob when you're talking to your customers and trying to sell a product is unprofessional. Especially, if you're a higher ranking employee. I know Seattle is a SJW, hipster, and degenerate infested shithole, but that's no excuse.

So I work in a shop. I dress like I work in a shop. Coveralls, some sort of head covering. Reasonable footwear. Professionalism. I'm not going to say showing up at the office dressed the same as you are when working from home is unprofessional. But that's rather unprofessional.
