Removing Disjunction from control
In my experience when this map comes around at least one person leaves immediately and before the match is over, multiple people have left and there’s nothing more frustrating than flying in mid Match to every opponent with their super and you coming in empty, down a player and already losing. It’s a good rift map, but all I hear are complaints about it from friends I play with and the previous statement above. Is your experience the same on this map?

bungie needs to bring back the big maps with more players and vehicles like d1. shake it up a bit.

3 RepliesRemove Cathedral of Dusk too while they’re at it. Such an awful map I can’t get my head around why they brought it back. Whomever is deciding on the reprised maps needs to be moved to another department because they are doing a piss poor job.

I've just returned to Destiny after nearly a year and I agree with you 100% I hate this map. The strange interlinked corner peek intersections, lumpy yet open terrain on the outer edges of the map, and the horribly cramped flag objectives leads to people being hesitant to push...at all. Every attempt to traverse through the mess for a kill feels like a gamble - so many people just sit back and teamshoot, which is really boring.

4 RepliesI think for this map you need to be in teams that move a lot and control B. I hated it first now i equip a good scout and last word and its not so bad. Still not a fave. I say BRING BACK CITADEL!!!

1 ReplyThe worse thing is that it's not even a new map. It's just a reskin of frontier from d1 with a new setting. But I recall frontier being more enjoyable than dusjunction. It's like the brought back a map and made it worse...

1 ReplyIt's a good map though? The only possible issue is the easy to camp spawn zones where you have an open box on each side like shooting fish in a barrel. People just suck and need to stop leaving because the map doesn't fit their playstyle. You want close range? Run the B-side flank. You want long range? Go out to the swamp. Mixed in the middle.

The map is "fine" in 6v6, you should play it in 3v3! Spawning 15 seconds away from your teamates or behind the entire enemy team never gets less annoying!

Disliked a lot but I can bare it now . Lots of people are leaving this season . People protecting their precious Kd which is really sad , new people and people not wanting to get stomped ….or just fed up of coming against same cheesy weapons .

14 RepliesYa know, not everyone gets their way. Quitting because they got a map they don't like should honestly be punishable. That just dooms their team and a bad time and a potential string of quitters. But to compensate, add a function to vote for maps please. Like come on here.

So you say because players are too "smort'nt" to learn to play on a map encouraging teamplay and communication it should be removed from 6v6? What do you propose next? Removing math from school classes because you have trouble with formulas?

33 RepliesD2 PvP players have one mindset. Run at each other with the latest and greatest cheese or shotgun. There’s no tactical gameplay, no protecting a cap zone. And definitely no teamwork. Bungie designs a good PvP map that goes against the same cheese on every other map and people cry foul and complain like children. Adapt and learn. And maybe change your setup from the same old shotgun hand cannon meta that you never need to switch from. PvP is in dire need of diversity in weapons, ability and maps to keep it fresh. You can’t like or love everyone map. But you can learn how to play them.

6 RepliesDon’t you think every map has people that don’t like them and bail? Believe it or not people don’t always get their way. Every once in while you might have to play a map you don’t like. I know it’s five terrible minutes not getting your way but it’ll be over pretty quick. Who am I kidding? People are just going to bail and -blam!- everyone else just because they didn’t have it their way.
