I actually think it may be one of the Insurrectionists from season 9 and 10. Didn't he have green as a secondary too? So maybe he infiltrated the army and is undercover? I feel like the Freelancers are sort of done now that most of the core group are gone and I'd like to see the Insurrectionists have more screen time since they were like a counterpart to the Freelancers.

Have you noticed that Caboose befriends non-humans so easily? First Sheila, then Epsilon, and now Sparkles.

Actually, I never got to watch all of the RvB seasons. I should go back and watch all of them though. They are well done and worth watching.
