"Cherished Constellation" Triumph not showing progress or completion
I have collected all 18 ghosts for the Triumph "Cherished Constellation", however the triumph still reads 0/18 with no progress on the bar either. I have gone back to lawless frontier destinations and looked for the ghost pertaining to the current syndicate at the time, and the ghost is not there to pick up. I have tried multiple locations and multiple active syndicates, still no progress.

This might sound obvious, but I don't think it tracks the count until you place them in their "spot" at the Tharsis Outpost. Have you remembered to do that step?

Try checking the locations on your other characters if you haven't already, and if the issue persists, please use your platform's share feature to capture a video highlighting the issue by visiting a ghost location and showing the progress at 0/18 and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link.
