Okay so this is a weird one.
If the enemy you hit is at full health, killing them with tempest strike will not refund your dodge or activate combination blow.

Or at least I hope it is. Does this only happen with tempest strike? I know before combination blow didn’t work with it and thought it had been fixed.

Would be genuinely wild as an intentional mechanic. This is post “fix”. Only happens with tempest strike to my knowledge.
