Tempest Strike with combination blow not always refunding melee energy.
Is there a reason why? Running a gifted conviction build and I started noticing last night that sometimes after getting kills with tempest strike +combo blow x3, I don’t get melee energy back at all. Seems like I can get the loop going for a short time, then it stops refunding energy. Then it starts working again. Feels like a gamble.

If the enemy you hit is at full health, killing them with tempest strike will not refund your dodge or activate combination blow.
