Ophidia Spathe not working consistently
About 25-50% of the time, when using Ophidia Spathe, Gambler's Dodge only refunds 1 melee charge, despite the fact that Ophidia is supposed to make it so you always get both charges back. It's making the exotic a lot weaker than it should be, please look into this.
