Suggestions for Destiny 2/rant
I'm tired of the science fantasy armor sets. Can we please get some good old science fiction armor like in Destiny 1. As someone with 4000+ hours in d1 and 600+ in Destiny 2, please listen to my rant.
You can use the d1 legendary world/faction sets as drops in ritual playlists. Add legendary ornaments based on d1 exotics that don't really have a place in d2 (like helm of inmost light). Let new and returning players unlock the strike emblems from reaching a certain score. Posibly adding vaulted dlc weapons/armor to the remaining strikes/seasonal content if already owned (forsaken to the warden of nothing).

I would like to see the game open up more for free players and people that have purchased DLC. Why would you demonize players that do not purchase the most recent DLC? Why lock free and players that paid for previous DLC out of game modes? There is a big issue with how this game is implementing DLC and how it treats people who have purchased previous DLC. If I buy Lightfall cool, I can play Trials of Osiris but what happens when I do not get the latest? I'm locked out, I have quests in my list that can not be completed and I can not rank up unless I purchase MORE and MORE. Between locking supers that change the entire game to locking guns like the summoner which are being overused in pvp is nonsense and I'm thinking about deleting the game.
