The first thing I want to say is I have tried literally every troubleshooting option on this site, along with hard reset of my xbox, deleting my account from my xbox, re adding it, deleting local save, deleting game, only installing base game and lightfall, etc. I got the lightfall DLC, I uninstalled all the DLC/ everything per the help forums known glitch. My game still will not launch, The game shows I have the annual pass and I have two exotic missions from lightfall but the campaign will not start at all. I don’t know what else to do, the only thing I can see is that at the bottom of manage add ons there is the forsaken add on & forsaken annual pass but I cannot remove these. It specifically says “Add on doesn’t need to be installed” and I am assuming this is the root issue. Am I really going to have to start a whole new xbox account, buy the game and all DLCs again? It’s ridiculous.
