Bungie want to kill SYNTHOCEPS
I've been playing with SYNTHOCEPS since the Destiny 2 release.The melee range has always been his advantageous advantage in PVP and PVE.And even after the first nerf of increased damage surrounded by enemies, I wasn't as upset as I am now.To take and remove the most important thing that makes this what it is and replace it with a useless something was the most terrible decision of the sandbox team.Apparently the era of SYNTHOCEPS has passed, your place in the vault along with the rest of the useless exotics on Titan.

They’re legit just taking off the extra lunge,the exotic is keeping the damage buff and it’ll give every basically weapon the surrounded perk. Extra melee lunge on any class is way too OP.

Synothceps are in one of the most broken builds in pve with strand titan right now lol

The damage increase is the most important part of them and it’s still going to be good. In pve they will still be S+ tier decent in pvp, but melee range parts of exotics are being phased out for better balance

The lunge nerf will do nothing in pve But will gut it in pvp since the servers can’t really handle the rubberbanding

As a syntho main since year one, and I'm convinced the only reason my titan kd is higher than my hunters, synthos needed the nerf, its the last unconditional melee range buff gone and that's a good thing.
