It's not bugged, just a specific strategy needed. Spawn in and walk forward a few metres, kill ads from afar with wishender or scout until the initial objective description changes. Move forward slowly. Then Kill the last two champions that spawn before you kill the last lightbearer in the first room and proceed as normal for plat. They won't Despawn and you get Plat for finishing it from there. You're welcome.
