Commendation Screen Not Appearing
I've noticed that any activity be it Strikes, Gambit, Crucible, Dungeon, etc- I do not have the available screen to give Commendations.
I noticed this issue spontaneously appear on Monday (06-12) before today's patch update (06-13) after I had no issue days before hand. I figured it might be something that would get fixed but sadly it isn't. I quite like the Commendation system and would love to see this issue patched.

Edit: After I made this post did I see others having the same issue. Loading into a Raid and returning to orbit DID fix the issue!
