In Duality, the statue rotation puzzle can now be softlocked. Prior to Season 18, after interacting with a statue button, the prompt would remove itself while the statue was turning in the "real" world and reappear once it had fully rotated. With Season 18, now, this prompt does not clear itself, allowing an additional prompt to rotate while the statue is already rotating (to no effect). This puts the statue in an odd state wherein it renders itself non-interactable, leading to a softlock should the puzzle not be completed with the prior turn. The only exit states at this point are to wipe and reset the encounter or to leave the activity. The avoidance parameters for this are to wait for the statue to finish rotating before interacting again, but this cadence is more likely to be recognized by existing players of the Dungeon and not first-time players.
