Xenology Xür, full inventory

So I claimed the Xenology quest from Xür while having a full inventory without knowing. Is there anyway to open a ticket for lost items since the cipher does not show up in postmaster? On the support page I can only see tickets for purchased items not showing up nothing for missing quest rewards. Anyone who's had this issue aswell and know what to do?
