Season passes are permanently bound to the active save file when you purchased them. So if steam was your Active save via CrossSave when you bought the dde those passes will only be available to your Steam characters

That makes no sense, because I was able to unlock the previous seasonal content on Playstation recently, but I bought the DLC on all the platforms I have characters on a long while ago. Again I can access the previous seasonal content on PlayStation, but it forced me to buy the DLC on Xbox a second time when I already bought the Deluxe edition and it still claims I don't have the Deluxe edition of the DLC on Xbox when I have had it for ages. Also if I act like I am going to buy the DLC or try to access that content it says I dont have it but then it checks for the DLC and realized I have it but still cannot access the content.

DLCs and season passes are two different things, and function differently. Season passes are tied to the characters you have active at the time of purchase. DLCs, like Beyond Light are tied to the platform on which you bought them. If a set of characters have season pass access, those characters will have access to that pass (or passes) on whatever platform you're on, but if you are moving between differerent platfroms, you will only have access to DLCs that you have bought on that platform.

I am not sure you understand what I am getting at. I am trying to access previous seasonal content but it says I need the Deluxe Edition DLC, which I have had for ages. It wont let me access the content on Xbox even though I already have it. It is as if it only partially recognizes that I purchased it and there is some error somewhere along the way. Both my Xbox and PS accounts were cross saved over with my PC account when I purchased the Beyond Light DLC. However, I am able to access the past seasonal content on Playstation just fine with no issues after unlinking cross save, but for some reason there appears to be a glitch on my Xbox account and was only able to claim the preorder content and do the basic story. I cannot access Battlegrounds or Presage on Xbox. For Example the Season of the Chosen quest and content is stuck at the War Table and was able to start it but it eventually got stuck at the War table and cannot reclaim it on Xbox.

I do understand. Everything is dependent on what platform you bought DLCs for, and what characters were active when you bought any season passes. Based on your play history, it looks like your Steam characters were the ones you've been using, and after disabling cross save, you've recently started using your Xbox characters. It doesn't matter how many times you bought what things, if all the purchases were made while cross same was active. If you were using your Steam characters through cross save, any versions of the game you bought that included season passes would have had this season passes go to your Steam characters, regardless of what platform you used to make the purchase. Once you disabled cross save, the season passes would away tied to the characters that owned them, but the DLCs would still be accessible on whichever platforms own them. So, when you had cross save active, which characters were you using? Next, what versions of the DLCs did you buy on each platform, and were those purchases made while cross save was active?

Well first off like I said I bought the Deluxe edition on Xbox, PC, and PS but I was able to get access to previous seasonal content on PS recently after I unlinked cross save and it works just fine. Also I had characters on all three accounts before cross save. I was able to access the content on PS that I am trying to on Xbox and again it is not allowing me to access what I again should already have access to. I already had the Deluxe edition on Xbox before unlinking cross save but the game on Xbox is telling me I need to buy the Deluxe edition to access the content, which I already have it. It at first tells me I need to get the Deluxe edition but then realizes I have it but wont let me access all of the content. And again I have no issues with it on Playstation but on Xbox it doesn't want to work right and I don't understand why.

You still haven't answered the most important part: was cross save turned on at the time of those pirchasss, or not? It sounds like you bought the DE on PlayStation with cross save turned off, which means your PS has Beyond Light, and your PS characters have the season passes, but you bought the DE on Xbox with cross save turned on, so your Xbox has access to Beyond Light, and your Xbox characters do not have access to the season passes because your Xbox characters were not active at the time of purchase. If all that is accurate, then everything is working as it should be, and you do not have access to the past season on Xbox because those characters do not have access to any season passes.

It should have been linked at the time of purchase, as far as I can recall. I always link and unlink them at the same time.
