To start, I've mentioned before that the heavy handed mod does not work with the Titan Stasis melee shiver strike, nor does it work with the Howl of the Storm fragment, although they are both melee abilities. Shiver strike just uses up one charge of light and the fragment doesn't interact with the mod at all. Another thing is that through using the prophet of doom shotgun with One-Two-Punch, it has been pretty inconsistent in proccing lately. I have tested a rapid fire frame shotgun which was more consistent with 12P proccing, but not so on the precision frame prophet of doom. When it does proc, it works as intended, but when trying to lay down damage on a boss, sometimes it doesn't proc not allowing me to deal the damage expected with given damage phases. These bugs have been around for a while, but nothing has gotten done about them since not many people talk about them. Edit: Sometimes 12P does proc, but it doesn't show on the buff list, even when there is room for it to be shown. Other times it just doesn't proc at all
