When news of this feature came into knowledge I held no higher hopes than the bar set by other prominent MMOs on the market. Yes, the micro transaction grab has been a focus of negativity for many of the player base but my concern which left me dissapointed is something I consider inconsequential to your choice of profiteering. Which is your lack of Override Utility in the customization menu. Why create a seperate UI system for definitive appearance settings when the action of changing armour pieces then takes priority over chosen look. Theres no point. Its a nuisance to have to return and recustomize your desired look at every new piece. Add an "Override" Option in the Appearance Subscreen that has permanence over any chosen gear. Make sure to include a script for "Exotic Priority" in the Appearance Bar which will retain the Legendary Gear/Shader appearance choice for when you want to which out from your Exotic piece. That is what I and many others would prefer. Thank you.
