Tell me why Bungie
Why did you limit the Xenology Quest to one character per week? It doesn't make any sense if you wanna play on all of your characters..
Not only that, no, the quest disappears if you try to abandon it on one character to pick it up on another..
I've tried to resume the quest in any possible manner. IT DOESN'T WORK!
please, just make it available to ALL characters, once bought on one.

1 ResponderYou can only hold one exotic cipher at a time, so the game prevents you from getting the quest multiple times, as it could possibly lead to you getting an additional exotic cipher. One possible way to get multiple exotic ciphers, is to 1, get the quest. 2, claim an exotic cipher from the season pass. And 3, complete the quest, and the awarded cipher will probably go to the postmaster.

3 RespostasHave you checked the kiosk to the left of the postmaster for abandoned quests? Check on each of your characters. The quest is not appearing in the Quest Archive, so the only way to complete it is with another character if you cannot find it. You will have to create a new character and have them pick up and complete the quest. A week after collecting the cipher, your main should have access to the quest again.
