With the exception of armor, which I bought with bright dust, all these emotes, transmat effects, ghosts, ghost projections, sparrows and ships are all cosmetic gimmicks.
Edit: Seeing, from the comments, how people either or both are missing the point of the post or just being trolls, like I said in a reply to one of the comments, its a weird flex, I know but I only thought to express myself on it because I feel Bungie forcibly shoves Eververse crap down our throats instead of all that time and energy potentially giving us a hair more of content like a new PVP map or two.

That’s a good thing 👍, some of us didn’t even bother with that ridiculous event.

People seem to not understand that. I think my account is at 10k silver simply because each season I buy some just in case there’s something I want, and usually it ends up being sold for bright dust anyway, like the celestial sets, divinity ornament, and anarchy ornament. The seasonal challenges had me pretty much recoup every single bright dust spent on that stuff without doing a single bounty that wasn’t for a challenge.

Editado por Legacy: 5/11/2021 9:53:59 AMAt least you have the common sense to realize that no one forces you to spend your money, you might not agree with some of the game's money making blueprints but unlike most people crying about how everything isn't free you know that it's your own choice to buy the products or not so salute to you. It's difficult for some people to realize this is a business where the intent is to make money, they sometimes forget that the real world still exists even within our video games.

If your a bing rewards member, you can use bing points to buy Microsoft gift cards and then use that to buy eververse items. That's what I do. In one month I typically earn enough to buy $10-15 worth of Microsoft gift cards with my bing points and it only takes like 10 minutes a day to earn your daily points.

I’m with you. I only ever check to see what’s for sale for bright dust. If I like it and have the bright dust, I buy it. Otherwise I don’t. The only time I pay for silver is to get the 1K I need to get the season pass. But some people seem to feel like they need everything and are willing to pay real cash for the silver. If that’s how they want to spend their money, I’m fine with it. It must be working on the Bungie end or they would have removed EV by now.

Have played destiny 1 & 2 on and off since both betas never once bought silver for eververse. Bought it for D2 seasons sure, but eververse can suck my butt.
-
Not just Guardian Games. I care a fu.. about ingame cosmetics. I would never come on the idea to spend any money for eververse. They want my money? Make Content and I am going to buy that.
-
Same and time spent getting BD.

Editado por Toilet God: 5/11/2021 12:15:16 AMI bought some silver but it was with an Xbox gift card and all I used it for was for an emote now I have enough silver still for the next season.
-
I spent 100$+ 😎
-
If it can’t bought with bright dust, not worth getting.
-
I spent time, that is worse enough!
-
People spent money on “bounties, the event”? Wow that’s sad
-
I spent zero money on Guardian Games and I'm proud of it. With the exception of armor, which I bought with bright dust, all these emotes, transmat effects, ghosts, ghost projections, sparrows and ships are all cosmetic gimmicks.
It's almost like you don't need to buy 100% of the cosmetics in the game. Most people expect to be able to buy everything in the entire store with Bright Dust. It's cosmetic, you don't need it...

Editado por YonaRulz: 5/10/2021 1:46:35 PMI've spent 0 money at Eververse since it started. I highly recommend it
-
Not buying anything from eververse or this upcoming season . I get this game is pve oriented . But legit 0 pvp shit for 2 years, not even an anticheat, is atrocious I'll wait to fund anything d2 till I see desirable.
-
wow, u didn't spend moneyh in a videogame cool
-
As a DLC buyer, why need to spend another penny for this game.
-
Spend money ? I didn't participate in Guardian Games.

Editado por Neg_II: 5/10/2021 6:32:53 AMHonestly, I also spent a lot of time debating whether I should buy at least one armour set - with bright dust of course. I would've gone for the hunter one because I liked the cloak (not like it would be nice for Bungie to sell pieces individually at least). But I get it. I didn't even wanna spend BD because I am so tired of event gear having to be bought.
-
You deserve a medal
-
That’s typically how I play the game, I enjoy what I already enjoy and I tell Eververse to -blam!- off. And what has it done for me? Well I’m happy because I played GG this year, won, and now I’m dancing on Zavala’s desk. It’s a good feeling I tell you hwat
-
Good job?
-
Nobody cares how you spend or don't spend your money. If you wanna buy stuff from eververse, fine, if you don't, that's fine ,too.
-
Eh... I'm buying Silver and sitting on it till FOTL (gotta get those Dino Armor sets and whatever else new DINO GEAR that come with it)
-
I've been taken a break from all games especially this one and I feel good about it. But, even if I was playing this game the garbage that comes from Eververse isn't even worth using the BD.
