Its people like you who encourage this crap. No one else cares, if we wanted to use it we would go into D1. Give us NEW GEAR not old shit

I never cared about perks in D1

Yeah, I understand where you’re coming from. New loot IS BETTER than old recycled loot. But we do have 20 new weapons dropping this coming season. So that’s a plus. And I don’t think it’s that crazy to get excited over Hung Jury being introduced to our favorite game. The other two weapons, who cares. But Hung Jury was one of the best scouts in D1. That’s really all this post was about. I’m just excited for Hung Jury because of what it was in D1. But I see what you’re saying. At a certain point, the nostalgia can’t justify people paying for the same content twice, and since Destiny 2 is the NEW installment in the franchise, I think an abundance of new loot is needed, rather than just copy and pasting stuff from D1. I’m hoping Bungie is headed that way, as I love this game.

Bungie said it was 20 new AND reprised weapons
-
-
Thats still worse
-
Piss off with that. I’m glad to see the return of certain iconic weapons so long as they keep mixing in new stuff as well (which they seem to be doing)
Piss off with that. I’m glad to see the return of certain iconic weapons so long as they keep mixing in new stuff as well (which they seem to be doing)
So? When you say “yay omg look at this weapon thank you so much bungie” you dont think that pushed them towards this idea of bringing back old weapons? As long as one egg head thinks its okay? Stop getting upset and let go of the past if you wnat hung jury play D1. This is D2 grow up
-
This IS D2, and apparently D2 brings back good D1 guns. So I’ll stay right where I am thanks
-
So why not play D1 where all the D1 guns are so we can have the same thing in D2. Pretty dumb logic
-
I don’t know why you guys insist on this false dichotomy of “like any old items? Leave and go back to D1” I can enjoy the game of D2 more than D1 (I do) while also missing a few old favorite guns and wishing they’d return. That’s not unreasonable

-
I’m not telling you to play D1. What are you on about?

Editado por Gilgamesh: 5/7/2021 3:08:13 PMWhere you literally said “Leave and go back to D1”
-
I see where we’ve missed each other. I was saying that as a quote to imply YOU meant that. I have seen many people say things along the lines of “If you want to use Hung Jury then go play D1 and leave us alone” I’m not suggesting you go play D1.
-
And i am, if you want to use a old games guns go play that game, dont force what you want on the people who want new stuff to actually enjoy, aton of people hate dwelling on the past especially this day and age where old favorites are being absolutely ruined like starwars and ghostbusters
-
Look man. I’m not forcing anybody to do anything. I’m not making Reddit posts or forum threads saying “can’t wait for them to add back in The Devil You Don’t” I’m just playing the game, same as you. I wouldn’t want ALL of D1 back (not even close) but I think it’s cool to see some old community favorites return (gear wise). I’m a bit more on the fence when it comes to adding in D1 content like the strikes in terms of “is this a good addition” You’ve got things like the Omnigul strike which is fine for me because they reworked it to be NOW. Not plucked out of time and plopped in the map (like SABER or Devil’s Lair). But when VoG comes back I’ll have to see if it actually feels like it ties into the story in a meaningful way (doubtful)
