Hi there. Make sure that it is not a scannable you have scanned before. If you have already scanned it, you will not be able to rescan it.

I have not scanned anything I'm trying to unlock the all the scattered pieces triumph but i cannot scan anything

Have you scanned the previous weeks scannables? Have you checked to see if there were any you may have missed?

for the previous week scannable i was only able to scan some but i need this weeks for the chosen title

In order to progress, I believe you must collect **all** of the scannables from the previous weeks set. Try finishing the old set and next week you should be able to receive the seal.

i did try to collect all of them the past 3 weeks but it only allowed me to scan some out of all of the scannables
