Bought this ornament just before Season of the Hunt ended and it was just fine. Seems to have messed up during the Season of the Chosen launch update. The right arm no longer has its effect and the effect now seems to default to its origin point. So currently Warlocks wearing this ornament have a red glow under them, the original exotic and other ornament seem unaffected. This may be part of a bigger glitch as I saw a Hive Knight in Gambit with a similar issue but was unable to grab a screenshot as this was in Gambit.
