"Special Finisher" Mod Not Unlocked
Special Finisher Mod is not unlocked for me. It says it unlocked by default but its not. I also search for this problem on web. Some players are saying you have to complete a quest for that. But I don't have any Vanguard Quest. I think this is bug and need to be addressed ASAP.
