Three Triumph Bugs I have found
I was trying to do some triumph hunting and discovered three of my triumphs were not working. The triumph "Wisdom of the Witch" wouldn't give progress along with the same type of triumph from the moon, "Lore of Luna." The triumph "Double Trouble" wasn't working as well. Whenever my two teamates and I stood in the circles to summon, it summoned the two mini bosses but they were not the named versions, just generic versions. So, I did not get any credit for it.

I have a similar problem with eternal heretic triumph, and as well the ascendant challenge egg triumphs isn't completing and the ahamkara bones aren't spawning across the dreaming city. Everything else doesn't aggravate me except the ones related to the ascendant challenge. Guess I'm gonna have to wait another 6 weeks to get the curse breaker title.. thanks bungo.
