Paid, but can't play!?

I paid for Beyond Light (on the XBox) and it won't let me play. At the Director, Destinations I go to the Beyond Light logo, then click it, but then it says "upgrade to deluxe ...." and the only option I get is "get it now." Which makes me buy more. What, I can't play it without the most expensive version?! When I go into the XBox Store, it says its owned ... along with every other version. So what's up with this? Am I missing something (not doing something)?
