Hello. I wanted to explains what happen for this Bug. First exotic Cipher i got in season of arrivals. I bought erianas vow from it. Then i got the second one from the special quest to honor a death dev. This exotic Cipher i safed up for beyond light. I had it in my storage. Now i got the one in the season Pass but couldnt claim . So i bought Bastion and claimed the one from season Pass. Mean while i had xurs quest finished in my quest. So when i visited xur yesterday and completed the quest i didnt get a second Cipher. So the quest is gone and i still onlygot the one Cipher from season Pass. This must be a Bug. I hope a bungie employee can answer
