Then Sue....
Thing is though, there no longer Selling Y1 Destiny 2. We played that Content, the Content was Barely Played, it was taking up space. It was Dead Content hooked up to a Machine, aka Braindead.
Good luck find a Lawyer as you Agreed to this in thier TOS. Should probably check before Agreeing.

You don't give two hoots about this game if that's how you think. A purchasing contract is not the same as the terms of service. At the point of sale I was sold a specific software with specific features. Bungie, and for that matter any company, must deliver at minimum a product that can fulfill the core traits of said software. If the software is changed to a point that the previously mentioned software no longer resembles the product advertised to me at the time of purchase, then that is false advertising, fraud and or theft. Each game and DLC has it's own intrinsic traits that comprise that product. If I am no longer able to access the specific software I was sold then Bungie has breached their portion of the sales contract, which supersedes the terms of service. Anyone in this thread who is okay with having their game taken away, doesn't deserve the game they purchased.
