Hi there! Can you please check the "View My DLC" area of the game on the home screen? You want to check to see if you have the "Beyond Light Pre-Order Pack" installed. Once it's installed, please relaunch the game, then visit Master Rahool. If you do not see it, please double check your account to make sure that you still have the DLC pre-ordered, as PSN did refund some users in error.
