Hi there,
If you're on XBOX, you'll have to reinstall the pre-order addons.
Go into your Games & Apps menu, find Destiny, and go to the Manage Add ons menu. From there, install the pre-order bonuses, or uninstall and reinstall them. Then, restart Destiny, and go to Rahool in the Tower to find your preorder rewards.

Interesting, Did you check Rahool in the Tower for your rewards to see if they were there? You would have to claim them from there.
