Accidentally found this bug, before going to the bug. i want to talk about how Powerful Friends works. If you have this mod applied, and you get the Charge with Light buff. Your nearby teamates would get this buff aswell. It's secondary perk gives you additional 20 Mobility when you wearing it while an additional arc mod is applied on the same piece of gear with the Powerful Friends, But it isn't work like that. Currently, it turns out that you just need one additional arc mod applied on any piece of gear, and you can have all Powerful Friends' secondary ability active even they don't have an arc mod in the same piece of amor(see figure 1 and 2). In figure 3, you will see the arc mod which is activating the Powerful Friends Mod on the chestplate. If this Mod bug is still here. People will just get 2 maxed stacks of thier stats without any affort while having 2 more stats with half of the maxed stacks. Besides that, they can still use other mods like Speicial Ammo Finder and Speicial Ammo Scavenger. It make Mod choosing a lot less fun since you just socket in the Powerful Friends and don't need to care about can i use other mods together or would i had to trade it with any other affort.
