This happened to me before. If you run it again, the Pinnacle drop might be on the ground. Try loading it back up and see what happens.

I've since logged off and haven't logged back in yet, but usually going to tower brings all items to the postmaster, but I will definitely give that a go. Need to do a solo flawless anyways.

Don't start from the beginning. Just load it back up from the checkpoint.

But there wasn't a checkpoint, the game thinks I completed it. So when I click on the activity on the map, it is for a fresh session and doesn't have a checkpoint to start from.

Hey were you ever able to get your lost linnacle? Because I just had the exact same problem and my reward never showed up in my postnaster.
