The easiest to use weapons should never be the best weapons, that’s game balance 101.
Autos as whole are too strong right now but that doesn’t mean nerf them outside of maybe hard light. Other primaries should be brought up to compete.
Revert the hand cannon range nerf and hand cannons would have a place again. As the sand box sits on CONSOLE there is literally no reason to use anything other than an auto. A 600 rpm kills faster and with a medium range scope will out range a hand cannon.

Okay but explain why shotguns are so inconsistent, I understand why bungie wanted them nerfed but its a super nerf to them. I can stand like 5 meters in front of someone and not kill them even if the game registers all bullets hit on them.

Honestly shotguns have been so dominant for so long I dont even mind if they get nerfed into the ground

Side arms are more consistent then something that have been consistent b4 bungie nerfed it to the ground too.

Then just remove them from the game. Like bro, you are missing out on something that has been an essential part of the game. And lets not get even to recluse before nerf. Auto rifles have the same time to kill or a faster ttk then pre nerf recluse
