So my friend is a big gamer like me, he plays when he can and is really good. But the other day he was playing Black Desert Online and he got booted from his account. He tried to log back on and found out that the password was changed, so he got the email obviously and tried to switch it back so he could log on. But as he was the guy who hacked it did some “self lock” thing to the Steam account? I’m a PS4 player so I have no idea what that means , or how to help him...is there anything he can do to get his account back? He tried calling Steam, but they wouldn’t pick up...
