Stuck on the Weapon of Hope Rose, Revealed quest. Any help?
So I've been stuck for weeks trying to get the third step finished. I have no idea what it is because it doesn't say. All it says it 2/3. I can't even abandon the quest. I've been going through the guides and trying everything I can.
This is so frustrating. Is it broken or something? Please, can someone help me figure this out?
