I decided to cross save my account to be able to play on a pc, ps4 is my main account, thought I’d try mouse and key board out. Well, I get on my ps4 and the characters I’ve played with since the very beginning are no longer there, only the character that is on my pc account. I’m trying to solve this issue on my own and it’s not really working out for me. Is there a way for me to fix this, or am I going to have to start all over? I’m in need of help

Hi there. Looking at your account, you have chosen your Steam as the Active Account. That made your Steam characters (if any) the ones you have access to. If you intended to bring your PS4 characters to PC, PlayStation should have been selected as Active. If you wish to request that Bungie switch your Active Account, head over to this article and fill out the contact form at the bottom. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 Please note that Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.

My friend had the same issue a while back, read over this https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=48099, my friend did have to use the contact help button at the bottom to get it fixed though

Guessing you chose the wrong account as your main by mistake. If you disable cross save it should be back to normal but I think there is a waiting period for that
