I leveled up the tangled shore obelisk to resonance rank 3, bought the mod “Firepower,” but do not see it when I try to apply it on one of my armor pieces. It shows that I have it in my collections, it just doesn’t appear when I try to apply it. I also tried linking the obelisk to see if it made a difference, but it did not. I had the Mars obelisk linked when I bought it. Is this a bug? Edit: Also happens with the “Heal Thyself” mod from the mars obelisk I just realized.
