After successfully boosting my Titan and Hunter characters to 900, I finally decided to apply a boost to my less-played, though similarly-equipped Warlock: only a partial boost seemed to take place. In both previous instances with the Titan and Hunter, equipped items were all boosted to 900. In the case of my Warlock, only a few items were boosted, leaving all but one armor slot untouched at 750, and resulting in a partial boost. I have read and followed all troubleshooting suggestions, but still no luck. Please advise.
