Prime Attunement Buff
Is the prime attunement buff suppose to active on all characters?
it seems that only the first character gets the buff shown on the character screen while the others does not
also, the second/third character never seem to able to find any prime engrems

1 ResponderIt should be available on all characters. One requirement for it to show is the character's power level without the artifact boost must be 900. The other requirement is the character has to have completed the quest from Rahool. If you're not seeing the buff then it is likely one or both of these that are the issue.
