Refund?
Hi
I have just bought the Fenghuang warlock ornament. However, it seems I've misunderstood its use. I had incorrectly assumed that the ornament was universal, but it's only for an exotic I don't own and don't have much interest in perusing.
I've already opened the ornament up, and the option to refund it has disappeared. Am I really stuck with this cosmetic that I'm never going to use? Or is there any way I can still return it?

I think it is not possible. After each purchase you have the option for refund but as soon as you redeemed your purchased item, it is not possible as far as I know :). <3

2 RespostasIf you already opened the package, then the item can no longer be returned. When you were looking at the item in the shop, the description would have clearly stated that it was for a specific piece of exotic armor. Sadly, you neglected to read that, purchased the item, and then opened the package. You are now stuck with your purchase, yes.
