Day 1 player needing Bungie support for refund purchased on wrong account.
Hello Bungie and fellow Guardians,
Day 1 player here, I was unaware that shadow-keep didn't support console game-share and inadvertently purchased shadow-keep on my empty account. Please help me Bungie as PlayStation support has passed the baton to you. I have a Sony case #. I simply wish to refund one account and purchase on my main which has been a day 1 account.

1 ResponderHello. Bungie does not handle refunds, as they are not the retailer. Shadowkeep itself should be able to be game-shared, but Season Pass premium track rewards are account based and cannot be transferred to other players. Gameshare is not officially supported by Bungie or Destiny 2 and is instead a platform feature. Please reach out to your platform support if you are having issues regarding Gameshare.
