I created 2 posts over a week ago about the not able to transfer with images showing ownership and No one from Bungie even tries to help I paid 200 bucks for this collectors Edition Destiny 2. How do you not even have customer service support? Is Bungie Broke? If you cant get this fixed give me my money back.

Same. This has been the most laughably miserable experience I've had with any games support. I had more sincere and productive support experiences with kinda-sketchy Korean MMO's in the mid 00's. Far as I can tell no effort has been made to rectify it.
