Refunded a silver purchase, now I am at negative silver.

I originally purchased $10 work of silver to buy the Season of the Undying. Not knowing that Shadowkeep comes with the season pass already. So I bought the season pass then a couple days later got Shadowkeep. after my purchase I realized that I made a mistake, and went to Xbox/Support and applied for a refund. In the refund I explained everything including seeing if they can get Bungie to take back the double season passes, since I technically bought two, I should only have one after the refund. I don't know why I am at negative -1000 Silver but my idea is.. I got refunded and Bungie didn't get time to know or clear it up too. So Bungie that's what happened, my GamerTag on Xbox Live is IKYLEIZBEASTLY. I have been playing since the Beta of the first Destiny. Love the game I hope this can get resolved. -Kyle

    There is no way to resolve it short of paying the silver back. The extra silver for the duplicate season went to unlock the next season, so it was spent. Your charge back caused the issue.
