Saxophone error on Destiny 2 need help

Saxophone error, I just downloaded the Game to play with my friend and I am having this issue when I open the game it says it has to be restarted with the Battle.net app or something. I tried to log out and in battle.net, I tried my friend account on my PC, I tried restarting my PC, I tried running Battle.net and Destiny 2 on administrator for both, I changed regions over and over again, I verified the game numerous times but it was all up to date and nothing missing. I searched it on support sites from Battle.net and It asked me to do all those things and nothing worked. I would like to buy the game but I can't even pass from the launcher screen. I will try to reinstall the game tonight but It is 81gb so I don't want to waste anymore time with a game I already have it downloaded and besides, the support page said "SAXOPHONE errors on PC when Blizzard services are unable to authenticate a player’s purchase or login" so it doesn't seem to be a error on my PC or the download. I want to play the game but it seems that I can't get pass the first screen. I posted a screenshot link of the error. The game is in Portuguese so the screenshot is also in Portuguese and it says: "You must restart using Blizzards Battle.net App in order to play Destiny 2. ERROR CODE: Saxophone"
