As I understand it your first heroic blind well completion of the week awards a powerful drop. I completed one and got nothing, just 10 fragments from the chest. Then I completed it a second time, only this time I personally inserted the unstable charge after tier 3 completion instead of a rando teammate like the first time. I got a powerful drop from the chest. Do you only get the powerful drop if you personally insert the unstable charge after tier 3 completion? Or did the game glitch out on me the first time.
