...Your point? McDonald's makes more triple these numbers selling fat on a bun to children. You gonna demand they remove Big Macs from their menu?

You get what you pay for at McDonalds. We don't buy the Mickey d's box special with 90% chance day old rubber nuggets 2% chance mcchicken 2% chance cheeseburger 2% chance mcdouble 2% chance diet coke fountain drink 2% big Mac I pay 99 cents I expect the trash I get. If they -blam!- up that trash I go back to get my corrected trash. There's massively big difference.
-
There's a selected pool of specific loot you can't get from these engrams. You know it's a random chance before you buy it and you know what you have the possibility to get. If you still buy it knowing these things, you can't complain when you don't get what you want. Plain and simple. My point was that OPs argument seems to be that because the game is profitable the shouldn't be trying to make more money from it. That isn't a realistic or reasonable argument for the removal of eververse.
-
See what happens when children are allowed to post? 🤣
-
Yea. Instead of responding to valid arguments , they sling insults. Such a shame.
-
At least McDonald's lives up to their expectations.
-
Guess I can't argue with that lol
-
McDonald's is in deficit though....
-
What if you paid for a Big Mac and they gave you a packet of salt? RNG coming to a McDonalds near you.
-
No bs. I ordered a chili cheese burger from checkers the other day. These idiots literally give me a bun with fake nacho cheese and can hotdogs chili. Went back and was like "uhh where is my burger". Smh and these are the folks that want minimum wage raised to $15 an hour. If that ever happens they will ALL be replaced with competent workers
-
Accidental rng... Lol
-
It's more like what if McDonald's sold a mystery flavor/item that you had a select amount of things you could possibly get from it.
-
There is not correlation between this and McDonalds. McDonalds isn’t going to sell me 2 burger patties for the full price of a Big Mac and then tell me I have to pay extra for bun, cheese, and veggies
-
Bungie didn't do this either. We knew Eververse was gonna be in the game prerelease. We knew the base game would also have stuff you could get. We knew that you could get Eververse stuff without paying before release. So when did they not give you something you paid for that you weren't completely fine with?

Fanboy alert!
-
Are you going to go through every comment and post that? Got it, anyone who disagrees with you is a fanboy.
-
Fanboy alert!!
-
If a fanboy is someone who has enjoyed the hundreds of hours of entertainment I've gotten from spending $95(with another DLC still to come) on a game. And I haven't spent a dime on Eververs. I can't believe Bungie ripped me off like that.
-
Hey look !! It’s that guy always there to defend bungo 💩!
-
*facepalm* surely you have more to offer as a response than this
-
Are you an idiot? Or just pretending to be one? When you buy a Big Mac extra value meal you get it all. They don't sell you your meal then say if you want salt on your fries it's extra or if you want the Big Mac special sauce it's extra. The problem with this game is you're all but pushed into spending money to buy silver. Yes you don't have to at all but Bungie knows gamers and knows we want to collect these neat things, so they make us pay for them. That's not cool. Plus no end game. So yeah -blam!- em
-
Nope. OP has eververse gear on his character yet didn't pay a dime. They don't make this stuff impossible to get without payment. That would be a valid problem. Also you make it as if we didn't know ever verse was gonna be in this game, which is just straight up BS.
-
I don't think I really care either way... so with that in mind, imagine if Eververse without criticism became an even bigger focus of the game and future content. People are having a hard time getting the engrams or enough dust to best use Eververse as some defending it has suggested. Many are bringing up how much content(gear) is tied to or hidden behind Eververse. This has been discussed too much that Eververse would be simple and not get in the way. To many it still doesn't apparently get in the way, but to many it does. Humoring critics fall silent, how far before you are concerned?
-
Simple. I will stop supporting Eververse when they add gear (and I mean like a whole set or something significant, not just one piece) that can ONLY be obtained from actual payment. Something that you just CANNOT get without paying extra money. I don't think that should be done on a platform as Eververse and if it is done, then there is a problem. Still not necessarily a major one, but a problem indeed.
-
We already had that with the first SRL armor set.
-
I got SRL gear in D1 without buying anything. Besides that's not present in D2, so what's your point?
