Taniks is weird
So, I was thinking about Taniks, and how odd he is.
Why does he have a Ketch? (I assume he 'repossessed' it from another house, but maybe not)
He has no house. But doesn't he seem to fit right into the House of Exile? Even better yet, he seems like the perfect fit to be their Kell.
What was he trying to do on the Moon? Wasn't he stealing... something from the Hive? What was he stealing?
So, he works for a contract as a mercenary. That means the Fallen have currency, right? If we had paid him enough, would he have worked for us? Would he have worked with the Cabal?
This guy just seems like such an anomaly in the rest of the game. Hopefully we'll uncover a bit more about him in Rise of Iron.

[/quote] If you paid attention during the Taniks strike variks tells you he doesn't do work strictly for money or to fulfill a contract he does it for fun and to hone his skills.
