I've collected quite a few guantlets in ttk, I have the legendary arms for ToO, IB, Kings Fall, Dead Orbit(hunter), New Monarchy (Warlock), Future War Cult (Titan), & the sublime engram arms. I also have all the exotic arms for each class. On my hunter specifically, I've noticed that none of the guantlets with the "increased melee attack speed" perk display on them when scrolling over their icon actually have that perk. I don't believe I've actually seen any legendary or exotic gauntlets since ttk that actually have increased melee attack speed for a hunter.
