My black hammer white nail perk sometimes does not activate after making precision shots. I have experienced this problem before the house of wolves DLC was released. I've tried searching for an email address and other ways to contact bungie to let them know about this bug but I'm not having any luck. I'm posting so hopefully a developer will see it. But has anybody else experienced this problem with the black hammer? where you are clearly making precision shots and the white nail perk is not activating? If you watch the video I attached, you will see I am clearly making precision shots with no problem, but my white nail perk does not activate like it is suppose to. Shortly after making this video, I switched to my ice breaker and used it for a little while and decided to try my black hammer again and this time it was working properly. Anyone else experiencing this?
